Flowering Plants

All plants have stems, roots and leaves.

A plant that produces flower is called a Flowering Plant; example sunflower and rose.

A plant that does NOT produce flower is called a Non-flowering Plant; example pine and cactus.

  • Example: fabric, cotton wool, tissue

Waterproof  Materials

  • Waterproof materials does not allow water pass through
  • The ability of a material to keep moisture out
  • Example: rubber, leather, plastic, glass
